- Are fully ripe.You can distinguish the grapes that are “Fully ripened ” by their appearance as they are tight skinned and full of juice.
- Are intact and unbroken
- Are firmly attached to a healthy looking stem,
- Are not leaking juice.
- The area around the attachment should have the same color as the rest of the grape.
