Baby beetroot is a little form of the normal beetroot. The beetroot is local to the Mediterranean Basin. Child beetroots are yellow or red and are around a 1,5cm in distance across. These adolescent beets have a more delicate and fine composition then huge beetroots. The green verdant parcel of the beet is likewise palatable and its surface is like that of spinach.
